Data Sharing

A key deliverable of ChangeUp database projects is the ability to share contact information between participating organisations. eTarget's unique multi-organisational database structure allows you to designate which contacts should be shared, which should be private to your organisation and which should be shared with other organisations within the consortium. You can even choose which organisations see which contacts.

You can share particular data attributes relating to a contact whilst keeping others private. With shared contacts the record of your communications with the contact are by default private to your organisation.

You can use the sharing facilities to decide which contacts are available for publication on directory web sites.
