The eTarget® web portal gives real-time or batch access to your database to members, supporters and enquirers as well as Regional Officials and Executive Members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year right from their arm chair.

Enquirers can join on-line, make donations, book events or apply for membership, giving all necessary details so that eTarget® can send acknowledgement letters automatically.

Members/supporters can securely maintain their own details pay for membership. It's not just members who have this facility but external regional executives can view their own members, email them & produce their own correspondence - thus making them feel in control of their own region but still keeping the data centrally. Personalised e-mails can be sent as part of a mass e-mailing together with any necessary attachments. This information will be recorded automatically on the contact/member's contact log.

• Our philosophy when we designed the Web Portal to the eTarget® Database was simple:
  
  To extend the reach, type and availability of our clients' services to members and general enquirers whilst integrating it seamlessly with the eTarget® Database.

• To provide a secure and audi table end-to-end solution. eTarget® is linked to our client's web site for ease of access. The link to the web site can be either batch or real-time as the client prefers. All web transactions are recorded within the eTarget® system. They are reported to the client's operational staff for any checks they may wish to carry out. The web transactions are processed in the same way as non-web transactions once they have been received by eTarget®. This ensures that all functions are carried out, all necessary output is produced (invoices, e-mails etc) and a full audit trail is maintained and available.
