eTarget® MEMBERSHIP
Like the other integrated module within the eTarget® CRM/MRM system, the membership module provides the following key features:

The eTarget® Membership Management module maintains information about member organisations and individuals. Contact details from prospective and potential members recorded in the Central database (CDB) are passed to the Membership module; this does away with re-keying and ensures consistency of data.

This module has a built in subscription accounting function with full audit trail. It allows new subscription rates to be allocated automatically to members on the renewal date, based on their membership category and other criteria defined by the client. eTarget ® also provides a facility to manage cash flow and help users with their budgets by providing a summary of subscription expected and received by month, by region and by person responsible.

Subscription requests and reminders are produced automatically, payments are processed when received. There is a ‘fast cash' payment entry option and cash entry can be done using bar code scanning which reduces data entry time by automatic allocation of receipts, thus increasing staff efficiency.

A full on-line history of any amendments and a financial history of all financial transactions are standard features. The system has an archive facility with the option to reinstate archived members to the live database, with full history maintained within the archived records.

Similar to CDB this module also has a powerful marketing and analysis tool provided by unlimited linked levels of user defined attributes/interest, with unlimited entries permitted at all levels. There is a simple method for applying multiple criteria to selected members. A wide range of management reports, such as analyses of members by category and branch/region, subscription rates and payment type, is provided by the system in this way. Attributes can be used to classify members (and prospective members) for improved targeting/mailing.

Standard reports can be automatically produced by region when a new member is added or an existing member record has its address amended. The module will also produce labels etc. for recipients of any publications to which all members are entitled.
