The eTarget® Events module allows you to record full details of any event (seminars, dinners, training sessions etc.) The Database also holds associated details such as speakers, venues, dietary requirements, hotel room bookings and table layouts. A history of all events is kept by the system.
The Database System also supports multiple events and multiple break-out sessions per event. eTarget® will accepts as many rates as is necessary.
For Dinner events, you can define various table sizes. Hosts, and their guests, can easily be moved between tables. Table plans and place cards can be produced when required.
You can produce a full list of attendees for each event sorted in a variety of ways - attendee type, organisation etc. Entering event attendee information is very straightforward as the name and address details are automatically filled from the data recorded on the Central Contacts Database. You can see other people from the attendees organisation who are on the event and you have the option to give discounts for 2nd & subsequent attendees from the same organisation.
You can also see the attendee's attendance history (showing events previously attended and any cancellations) and financial history.If the attendee wishes to book a hotel room, the details can be recorded for later action. You can also record any number of attributes for an attendee such as special dietary requirements, specific interests, which will help in the smooth running of the event or in future marketing activities.
If an attendee or speaker needs to be changed at the last minute, this can be done with a minimum of effort.
Invoices are generated automatically. A full financial history is available and the actual and budgeted revenues for each event can be analysed by attendee type.
You can produce a wide range of reports, queries and mail merges using Target's Reporting facilities. |
