The eTarget® Education module has been designed for those organisations which run & administer their own examinations. The Database maintains details of all students, courses, exams/ modules (including related events such as workshops & assignments), exam dates & venues, training centres, colleges, results, rates, exemptions, exam markers & moderators.
Entering information for new students is very straightforward as the name and address details are automatically filled from the data recorded on the Central Contacts Database. Multiple addresses are catered for allowing, for instance, invoices to be sent to a different address to the student's home or office address. Existing qualifications can be entered, from which eTarget® will automatically determine whether these exempt the student from part or all of the course.You can record details of any number of courses, together with the exams which make up the course and related events such as workshops, seminars, tuition days. The system will hold multiple fee rates per course and exam, thus allowing you to offer a reduction for members or if a student books all exams for a course at the same time.
The progress of students can be monitored for exams and other related work. The work given to markers can also be recorded and the time taken to return it checked.
Results of exams can be input either directly to the system or imported electronically where, say, the marker has recorded them on a spreadsheet. A web interface is also available.
