National Association of Estate Agents purchases eTarget® CRM/MRM Software for Membership and Business Growth

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has recently signed a contract with Centrepoint Computer Services Ltd. for their eTarget® CRM/MRM system. eTarget® will replace the existing software and provide the Association with a comprehensive state-of-the-art system to meet the needs of an ever-growing successful organisation.

The NAEA is the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency personnel, representing the interests of approximately 10,000 members who practice across all aspects of property services both in the UK and overseas. These include residential and commercial sales and lettings, property management, business transfer, auctioneering and land.

eTarget® will enable NAEA to handle the anticipated further growth, and will be used primarily for Membership, Events, and increased use of web and e-commerce. The software will also facilitate Case Processing and Continuing Professional Development.

It is intended that the system will go live in the latter part of this year.
