eTarget® CRM/MRM chosen by The Gemmological Association

Towards the end of 2007 the Gemmological Association undertook an in depth investigation to select a new CRM/MRM system, assisted by Kingston Smith. As a result, they selected Centrepoint Computer Services Ltd. and the eTarget® CRM/MRM system to provide for their needs.

eTarget® will replace their existing software and provide the Association with a comprehensive state-of-the-art system to meet the needs of an ever-growing successful organisation.

The Gemmological Association is located close to Hatton Garden and became an independent Association in 1921. It aims to promote the study of gemmology and today provides a comprehensive and sophisticated range of education courses and examinations on the subject, worldwide.

eTarget® will enable the Gemmological Association to handle anticipated further growth and provide a technologically advanced fully integrated solution accessible by staff across the world. It will be used primarily for Membership, Education and Events, while also improving access to members and students via a revised web e-commerce solution including a comprehensive web shop.

It is intended that the system will go live in the Spring of 2008.
